● Depersonalize and stage your home by removing personal items, rearranging furniture, adding lighting, and so on. Buyers want to picture themselves in this space, which is difficult when your personal items are all over the place.

● Get professional listing photos taken. If you want to make a good first impression, eye-catching photos should be at the top of your list.

● Put your listing on all the best real estate sites. After all, if prospective buyers can’t find you, then you’ll have a lot of trouble selling your home.

● Create a social media campaign for your home sale. You’d be very surprised by how many people search for home via social media these days.

● Take advantage of virtual showings and video-chat tours to safely show your home. If possible, work with a professional stager and/or videographer who can ensure that your home is shown in the best possible light.
